I love Flock

What are the best aspects of this product?

I can use it using my desktop and my mobile device. This makes this tool very accessible. It is also very easy to use as new team members can easily learn how to navigate it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Having screen sharing on the free account would be great. I'd have to use another tool when it comes to video calls. The audio only calls should be improved too.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can communicate with members of the team immediately. We can reach them despite their location.
