It connects people. It is easy to use and sharing files is no problem. We can also add a thread section for particular topics so we can discuss it more in detail. Polls also helped in making relevant decisions for the company.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It provides easy functionality. So far, I have nothing to dislike.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It easily integrates with audio and video. I can share my files and have a detailed discussion about a particular topic or project. It made us more productive.
