We’re big fans of Flock!

What are the best aspects of this product?

Our office was looking for a service to provide interoffice chatting without having to resort to using Facebook. We're a very tiny office with only 5 employees and this product ROCKS! We're able to set up conversations based on projects, shoot short messages across the office when someone is busy, and it integrates with our calendar. LOVE!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is kind of A LOT going on in Flock. I would like to be able to turn off the calendar and reminder bots or at least choose when I want a message to appear from them.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

It would be great if the To Do lists had a way to add a reminder function.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are now able to keep track of to do lists across the office and everyone can see when things are marked off as complete and now I don't have to be stopped every single time someone has a question. They can Flock it to me and I can answer when I'm available. "Check your flocking Flock!"
