What are the best aspects of this product?

What I really like about this tool is how it empowers our different ministries to run their own email lists, while at the same time allowing the church to oversee everything from a larger list. Through this, we can also help them out should any problems arise.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In general, there are more positives than negatives when it comes to using this tool. I really think that if they are going to improve on anything, it is on their core offering of email messaging since branching out into other areas might stretch them too thin.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool has really made bulk messaging so easy to do. Our administrators have ended up being empowered, and they routinely use this tool to message their people. Not only have they been able to become effective communicators, but they have also become creative ones.
