What are the best aspects of this product?

I really like how this tool is effective AND user-friendly. Even people who aren't that tech-savvy can grasp how to use this. It's also really affordable, especially when you consider how many features this tool has. Before I ended up with this, I had been looking through dozens of church texting tools and this was the only one that really had everything that I needed -- from multiple features, affordability, numerous administrators, and user-friendliness. I can really see myself using this on a daily basis.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

My only wish for it is that it could be easily synced with other software programs used for church management. Other than that, I frankly can't think of anything else that needs to be improved.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool is perfect when it came to fixing our problems with communication. Reminders and needs can be disseminated quickly thanks to this tool. This tool also allows us to send messages to different platforms, so we've been able to reach out to younger members of our church via their preferred platform. On a personal level, I've been able to use it to ask for volunteers at the last minute, and I have to say I have always received a response, unlike when I was using either a social networking site or email.
