What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool is so user-friendly, and I really like how it allows users to add comments to the notes. I also really appreciate how flexible this tool is. I can send out a text or an email, depending on what I need for the situation.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Quite frankly, this tool ticks all my boxes. I don't think there's anything about it that needs improvement.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This has really helped us out when it comes to keeping in touch with our parishioners, no matter what method they prefer when it comes to communicating. The fact that we can text our members is already a marked improvement from leaving announcements on a bulletin.
