What are the best aspects of this product?

I really like how emails and texts can be scheduled in advance. On top of that, I can also reply to those communications and that is something that I really appreciate.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I've noticed that the numbers used to send our text messages are outside of our area code. Is this something I should be concerned about?

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Communicating has become easier and can be done much more quickly thanks to this tool. We can reach a thousand registered families easily.
