Incredibly helpful for what I do

What are the best aspects of this product?

Organization and efficiency are the two things I've gained since I started using this tool. Updating notes that I sent years ago is now so easy to do since I can use this tool to quickly find them. This frees up hours of my day, quite frankly. I can also stay on top of things since the messages and communications I send out parents can be easily monitored. The note scheduling feature is also very useful. I can send out a note to parents even when I am busy doing something else, such as teaching.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think the super search feature could be made more intuitive, because all the times I've used it is has brought up every single group message the individual person I'm looking for is involved in, making it really hard to search for one note in particular. I would also really appreciate if they allow users to upload videos from their computer, and not require an http://. As it is, uploading to Youtube is another step that we really don't have time to do. Having said that, I do know that the team is really responsive, and I hope that future versions of this tool will take my suggestions into consideration.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to this tool, I have been able to organize and streamline my communications. It's now so easy to quickly send different notes to parents in different grades of my program. It also keeps me on top of my work process, thanks to its ability to have updates and reminders scheduled months in advance. It has also made sure that I don't miss either a deadline or an event as you can set it up and be prompted via email every time. Because we can now communicate effectively, my ministry can now expand easily. I really can't say enough about how this tool has helped me out.
