What are the best aspects of this product?

I'm pretty skilled when it comes to using email service providers, and I have to say that I keep coming back to this tool even if I know other ones have integrations and deeper analytics. A large part of this is because I find this tool is so user-friendly. Thanks to this tool and how easy it is to use, I can easily find our messages in a single location. Communicating with parishioners during the weekend can be done so easily now, and as a result, events have seen an increase in participants. It has really changed how we do things in our organization and I really can't see myself using something else other than this tool.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I do have to say that this tool crashes a lot. If it's not doing that, it works really slowly, even when I am using it on Chrome. It's a really big issue when I need to send an important text message or note.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has made the way we communicate with our friends, parents, volunteers, and parishioners much more easy. The way it has streamlined the whole process is really a big deal.
