This tool really helped us out

What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool has taught me a number of things and I appreciate it because of that. It has taught me how to be concise and clear when I communicate. It has helped my organize my communications, so that I can send messages without having to worry if I am disrupting the recepient's schedule. At the same time, the tool also lets me receive feedfback as well as answer any questions thrown my way.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't hate anything about this tool, but I do wish that future versions would allow me to send a picture. Instagram has been one of that ways we've been disseminating our events and it would be really helpful if we could use this tool to reach people who don't use social media that often.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to this, communication has improved within our organization, especially with our youth ministry. Emergency communications, reminders for events that are time sensitive, and weekly announcements can be done so easily, saving us a lot of time in the process.
