
What are the best aspects of this product?
Thanks to this tool, I have now become more efficient since outgoing text messages can be scheduled in advance. I also like its flexibility, since it allows me to send messages to my community in the method they prefer, whether that's email or text messaging. It has also helped me to reach out and contact a much younger demographic than usual. It's a big help when you're working with a diverse community, and also helps in turning that community diverse as well since I can now reach more people.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Honestly, the biggest problem I encountered was not with the tool but with the older members of my community. They had to be convinced to use text or email.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Having the ability to schedule texts in advance was a really big help since I also volunteer and my time is really important to me. Another thing that this has helped me out with is reaching out to younger members of my organization. I can also see this being useful when it comes to youth groups as well as the Liturgy committee.
