Inutitiveness, first of all. Feels like a business's second nature, just like something we've always done. It is tailored the way we would like it to be, and provides unshakable balance between functionality and usability.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is really nothing I can think of. FloQast is flawless ever since we bought it, and it has a reliable support team to count on.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Monthly closure has never been this efficient and engaging for every team member. I am personally pleased to have a detailed dashboard where I can monitor progress and use timely and reliable information. Communication within the group (as well as within the company) has never been better.
