What are the best aspects of this product?

We are an F&A team providing services for multiple companies. Even if we're working with so many companies at once, we manage to perform a 5 day close, and it is all because we have Floqast to do end close tracking and TB to Subledger tie out. We spend signinficantly less time, being aware of where we stand in the process all along. That's how our team meets deadlines with such efficiency.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

All the changes we thought were necessary were either executed by the Floqast team, or included on their list of future rollouts. We are absolutely satisfied.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We gained clarity and went far beyond our month end close expectations. Serving multiple companies at the same time is not easy, but Floqast makes it happen. I am the Director of Finance, and therefore controler of all support we're providing, and I've been really blessed to spare so much time doing manual tying of the TB to the Subledgers. The system ensures monthly reconciliation and support in case audits are rolling around. Another thing that makes it perfect is that it sits on top of the box.com structure, meaning that we have all relevant information in one place (accessible via box.com or Floqast directly).
