A good and useful tool to make communication better

What are the best aspects of this product?

Flowdock is a good and useful tool to integrate team members and make communication easier. Also, file sharing is available and can be very useful to give access to all it may concern and discuss about it. The user interface is simple, modern, and visually accurate. Integration with external services like Github are also amazing!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When you try to load some conversation and it doesn't show anything sometimes. Another issue is the web version, regarding the new window tabs when navigating to some sections.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are using Flowdock to centralize and search our team's communications instead of flooding e-mail boxes to talk or share some files.
