A great platform to communicate in a collaborative environment

What are the best aspects of this product?

CA Flowdock is a great platform to communicate in a collaborative work environment. You can get email notifications when someone messages you and the app is wonderful for after work hour communication. Our company loves using the emojis and putting GIFs into our daily chat and humor. It also has our Twitter feed on the side of the chatroom where we see what the market is saying about us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They don't have video chat unlike other similar products which already have that.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our company uses it for both work and fun. It solves the problem that email has which is being bombarded with emails. Only information coming from our team is coming through which is great.
