PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Conversation threading lets you create message threads within a channel. You don't have to scroll endlessly looking for the history around a particular conversation. I also love the custom emojis.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Slack has a nice card-like content blocks you can publish and has some more integrations. CA Flowdock search is pretty useless if you don't know the right channel to search.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has replaced our email. We keep conversations public (within the company) so there's less siloed information and you don't end up answering the same question 5 times.
