What are the best aspects of this product?

It is possible to get CA Flowdock running through their website with just a few clicks and basic configuration. Chat functionality is very good too, allowing to talk in isolated channels. You can mix in just one platform all tools that you use in a daily basis.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are too many tabs when using the web version. Each click to a different section open a new tab. I sometimes also have problems with notifications on mobile app as there is some delay between sending a message and get a notification on your phone.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use the "channels" functionality to separate subjects, to share files and contents of interest and to keep tracking our development and activities.
