Very hand for quick communication needs

What are the best aspects of this product?

I find CA Flowdock very handy if I need to quickly discuss the design of a badge, or button, or even a rollup. Another thing I like is that you can organize groups in it. This way I can share information to a selected audience.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You cannot search within the tool. A workaround is to open Flowdock in browser, load conversation history and then search using the native browser's search window.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It offers quick communication channels, which work great especially if you and your colleagues are miles away from each other.
