What are the best aspects of this product?

we use the tool for CRM and lead tracking, makes our business and sales life much easier now

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

we only use CRM, KPI and OKR and are very satisfied with the software. Still need to test the other modules

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

more integrations to salesforce or asana for example

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

lead tracking and sales increase
