What are the best aspects of this product?
Designing surveys for our business got so much easier as we finally met easily customizable and engaging form builder application forms.app. Customer satisfaction surveys and intracompany employee satisfaction analyses have great importance for us. We are constantly conducting customer satisfaction surveys as our marketing department attaches big importance to market researches and customer satisfaction. Since we have discovered forms.app and its outstanding features recently, we are still learning about it. As we learn more, our work with creating, distributing surveys and receiving high submission rates get higher. The support team also is very caring about answering the questions and delivering the users the best customer experience possible. The applications' website also provides a fast and problem solving live support service so its possible to reach them any time and ask any question. Moreover, its mobile applications are available for Android and IOS. They are very fast in terms of creating a form or survey and designing it. It is also possible to create a survey or check your survey results wherever you want thanks to the mobile applications and its mobile responsive design.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We are still learning about it but in my opinion, survey results charts could be improved to the ones that present more detailed data charts about the survey results.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I'd love to see more templates for more specific purposes.

We are carrying out our surveying and market research processes faster and easier. The user interface is so good and the applications' being mobile responsive get these processes a lot easier for us. I can strongly suggest forms.app to those who are not satisfied with their current form builder application. It's fast, easy and comfortable running on mobile devices.
