FoxitPhantomPDF is a great! It's very user-friendly. It provides functionality for both advanced and basic users. The software editing features are excellent. I love its OCR recognition functionality.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are a plethora of features that a typical user may not end up using. Its toolbar is a bit messy. It may be overwhelming for some who only want to settle for basic tasks. Its stamp features can be hard to get around in. It's hard making and saving a customized stamp.

I'm utilizing this program in editing business reports made from my organization's application. I realized it's challenging working with PDF files before. This time around, I can get rid of text from PDF, do edits, seal it with password protection, and others. It benefitted our organization by saving us plenty of time. It's essential for us to secure data founf in all PDFs.
