There are so many things to love about this. I like how I can edit texts. I'm able to do modification on objects. I can do annotations and redaction. Its digital signature is awesome.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's ability to convert to MS docs is awesome. But it's only intended for the casual user. It can be improved in some ways.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It saved so much resources and time. It's capable of annotating, signing, and analyzing contracts, POS, and invoices. When this product was re-sold, customers loved it. It addresssed their daily PDF needs. Corportate clients who previously dabed with Acrobat appreciate Foxit Phantom PDF to be an excellent alternative at half the cost.
