Not at all what they said it would be….Absolutely disappointed…Stay with MailChimp!

What are the best aspects of this product?

Your clients email is automatically loaded in to Frederick when they create and account through our app or Mindbody.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

More font choices, more user friendly for busy business owners or at least friendly customer service reps with extensive knowledge of the software.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

To be able to email all 4000+ of the clients in our system who have opted in to receive email reminders, newsletters and promos.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Unable to email all of our customers.
