What are the best aspects of this product?

Freedcamp is the most flexible, intuitive and amazing PM software in the market today. What my team loves about this software is: an increased collaboration and communication, ability to customize the notification, ability to add outside members with various or limited level of access, decrease in redundancy. This software is functional and flexible like no other. I believe that if you compare this software with other you will see why we love the FreedCamp in our company. The price is affordable, you are able to pay monthly or annually, the team will help you and it will set up new plugins. Their service is amazing, they really do whatever needs to be done to meet their clients’ needs. They are very responsive and they always work to make the product to be the best. From my experience I really feel that they care about their product and their customers. Also, I love the add-ons, my team loves the FileEdit and they use it as online editor tool. You don’t have downloading files to make some minor changes you just need to reupload it back.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

My team thinks that the interface needs some improvement, according to them is not very intuitive, but I believe they learned how the software works and I don’t believe that they have some issues with setting up projects.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our office is in one state and many team members work from there, but some members are from different parts of the country. And in the past we didn’t have an idea of the status of every project, and then we found Freedcamp and I can tell that it’s must have tool in our business. We know about the progress of the project without using phone calls or emails or meetings.
