This is great tool for small size projects

What are the best aspects of this product?

First of all it’s free for multiple users and projects and the paid version is flexible and affordable. You can easily plan your projects and perfrom great collaboration through its UI and drag-and-drop features. We can update task stages and assgin them in less time. The communication is easy and tasks are streamlined.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have run into some limitations especially when it comes to moving tasks between projects. Also, there is no mobile app. In addition, it can be quite complicated to rename files and folders, it would be great if they could add Gantt Chart too.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to improve the collaboration with other team members for minor projects, to get tasks organized and to change the way we look at the projects and progress. With time tracking feature we can hold our staff accountable for delays. It helps us to fix the communication gap between project managers and employees.
