Good reputation and good reviews.
Modern interface.

The customer service presumes the customer "Is Out To Get Them"..
They tell you they want you to be satisfied, but keep erecting walls for a meager $5 refund !!
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Stop crashing when I convert a 3Gig 1920 x 1080 video file to a lower resolution. This is occurs on 2 of my computers incl a 1 year old Lenovo Core i7 with 16G..
Stop trying to use your customers as a debug team, esp when they don't want to solve the problem (for you), but would rather get on with their working day (which is what the software was bought for)..

None it kept crashing converting a 3Gig 1920 x 1080 video into lower resolution.
