What are the best aspects of this product?

It converts videos but lots of programs will do that.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The main one is the cost - in particular calling the company/product Freemake then charging like a wounded bull with the lead-in one week trial.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Some honesty in the advertising - in particular that a down payment is required for the "free" use. But basically rename it to be vaguely honest.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It converted the one video I needed, but I thought I had a month to cancel my "subscription" but then found it was in fact a week when PayPal advised me I had spent Aus $49 for something I no longer needed.
