Worst experience ever for software purchase and customer services

What are the best aspects of this product?

There arent any best aspects as I did purchase the software for a specific purpose ,as per advertised on their website, but it doesnt do the conversion simply.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am trying to convert a VOB file to an MP4 file and it doesnt fully work. I wasted my money and the company so far doesnt want to give me a refund.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would never purchase any product from this company

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This product did create more problems in my company as I had to pay money for this software as well as additional money for another product from wondershare in order to solve my problem.
