What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Fresa XPress is useful, but system speed is a concern as it slows down at times, affecting workflow. Faster processing, better optimization, and improved performance during peak usage would enhance efficiency. Additionally, improving mobile access, reporting customization, and third-party integrations would make the system more user-friendly and reliable.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
In future versions, improving the Trial Balance update feature would be beneficial. Enhancements like real-time data syncing, faster processing speed, automated adjustments, and detailed drill-down reports would improve accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, better integration with invoices, payments, and ledger reconciliation would make financial tracking smoother and more reliable.
