What are the best aspects of this product?
Fresa offers excellent features like real-time Track and Trace, user-friendly dashboards, automated reports, and smooth invoice handling. The system is stable, easy to navigate, and the support team provides quick assistance whenever needed.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
TDS entry process could be simplified, as it currently takes extra time to complete. Also, some reports and postings could be made faster with fewer manual steps to improve overall efficiency.
