What are the best aspects of this product?

Fresa Gold is its user-friendly design and complete coverage of all logistics operations. The system has made our daily workflow much smoother and faster. The recent new features, such as enhanced dashboard reports, improved document tracking, and automated GST validation, have added great value to our process.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The system performs very well, but there is always room for small improvements. Sometimes, minor delays occur while loading heavy reports, and a few advanced features could be made even more customizable. It would also be helpful to have quicker access to module-wise analytics and more integration options with external platforms.
