What are the best aspects of this product?

The vendor’s offered solutions are useful, and all the problems we have are solved with ease, from support and customer engagement to lead management. They have a lot of options offered, and when you use them as one, they always provide the expected result. Easy to configure, intuitive, and functional – the software provided it all. It even comes with a mobile application.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The help desk is friendly, but I have a problem with their promptness. Perhaps there is a time zone issue, that is why it takes time for them to answer any of our questions and concerns on time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The software helps us engage with both current and prospective customers. Vendor’s products look amazing and modern, which make it more appealing to clients. Not to mention, the work process also becomes smoother.
