What are the best aspects of this product?

Freshchat is an affordable and one-of-a-kind tool that easily enables smooth task organization and interconnected projects between our teams, partners and customers. There are an instant and direct connection between our customers and merchants via fluid management of questions and answers, which used to be an issue for our team in the past.
The interactive functions of the messaging system even include GIFs and other image files, which helps make messages more clear. Having Freshchat linked to our various APIs also enable for stronger collaboration between teams.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Changing established work strategies could be avoided in the future by adding capabilities that allow Freshchat to adjust to our configurations when we need it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our response and solutions to customer issues are more immediately rolled out and communicated. We are also able to track our projects, schedule tasks and because of Freshchat's integrated messaging capabilities across our teams.
