Very intuitive. Simple to utilize. Setup is easy. Awesome UI. Support portal integration and multi-language choices are handy.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Live chat has some bugs that need to be looked at. Collision agent system is painstakingly a crawl. Reporting options are decent although lacking some in-depth data.

Freshdesk offers excellent communication with customers. It integrates varying communication channels via a simpler and cut-clean approach. Its multi-language support portal provides documentation for customers. All of these coming from a simpler UI that an admin can use. It saved us plenty of time.
