What are the best aspects of this product?
Front allows us to build a "collaborative team memory" and a unique way to provide the best answer to our customers. Assignment, comments, follow up, all has been designed for our needs, and I guess others as well. We have also hacked the system using the rules tool to manage our leads and it works very well.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
To be honest, I don't think I have negative to say about the service right now. The front team is very supportive when we have suggestions
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Three things we got to realize: reactivity, in which we get to answer email 50% quicker than before; we get to work more collaboratively and not miss any information, and quality in which the right team member get to be assigned for a task.
