What are the best aspects of this product?
When I used this service, I am impressed at how it streamlined the whole process. The accessibility it provided is also one of those that I like, I can use it either on my desktop, tablet, or phone. The customer support team is also very responsive and helpful.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
One thing I'd like to see in a future version is an option to schedule a recurring client appointment. It gets really tedious having to manually enter an appointment every single time.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This has helped us out when it comes to scheduling, especially since we don't run a 24/7 office. With this, clients can still book on weekends or any time they feel like doing the booking.
