What are the best aspects of this product?

Function Point is our must have software in our business. We are more organized and we are able to grow more and more. I can’t even imagine running my business without this solution.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

To be honest, this is the product that we really need for running our day-to-day businesses. But, I find really hard to learn how to use this software. Also, I really don’t like its time-tracking feature, it would be great if they could make it simpler and useful.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Function Point helps us to track our work, account managers can easily understand every project and financial budget, and the executives get wonderful reports so they can make better decisions. This tool helps us to be more organized and to better understand where our finances are going so we can reduce cost and time.
