What are the best aspects of this product?
Once you learn how to use it, you will see that everything is easy to do, you can easily run billings and it has great integration with QuickBooks. Its time management functionality is easy and extremely helpful for our employees. We have great amount of data and we can easily access past and present projects through categories and this helps us to better organize our work.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The learning process is long, and when you finish with the trainings there is lot more to learn in order to get the report you need. I want to see an option where I can save the reports. It takes lot of work to see how many hours an employee has worked on specific task. Also, we have found some issues when sync back and forth between FP and QB, it takes lot of work to get FP invoices.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We know that everything that is connected to our work is in one place, including time, budget, PDFs, signed proposals. When it comes to organizing thing Fp does the job and it’s much better when you know that everything is in perfect order.
