A good tool to work with. . .needs some tweaks though

What are the best aspects of this product?

I and my team really enjoy working on this tool! I especially like that it's mobile-friendly, thereby allowing me to keep tabs on the team's tasks and performance even when I'm on the go.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I need a little more flexibility when it comes to generating reports, and Function Fox is not able to cater to this need yet. The payment plan can be quite costly considering that one has to pay the premium per user too. A package deal would be useful, I think.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Coming from a team with half my staff always on the go, this tool really makes tracking tasks and productivity quite easy. We've never been more efficient! On top of this, sending invoices to our clients has been a breeze too.
