What are the best aspects of this product?

This system is perfectly made for small size businesses. I like that there are lots of time tracking tools and complex, full featured set of apps. The other good thing is that it can be used on every device, whether it is desktop, Android or iOS. The price is affordable and there is great support team that is always available.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The UI needs to be more clear and clean because it looks overwhelming right now.
