What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool has saved me from a lot of work that I would, otherwise, have to do manually. It's a good tool to use. As an administrative specialist, it has helped me track employee productivity better.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'd appreciate it if I was given the option to make changes to employee files in our archived database. Doing so still requires a call with some of the representatives with Function Fox. Although they have been helpful, it would be nice to skip this step.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Here in the company, tracking hours takes the utmost importance. Function Fox has contributed greatly to this aspect of our work.
