This is great time tracking and management solution

What are the best aspects of this product?

First of all, I’m very satisfied of its customer support service, they guided us through every step of the program. Thanks to its support we are able to customize the product so it can meet our needs. I’m able to record and manage all my projetcs and this is simple and intuitive process and we can easily switch between clients and projects.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The navigation is bit cumbersome. Whenever I try to setup new project it moves away from the time tracking page to the project management page. In my opinion, this step is useless.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I’m able to track time with this tool because it has built-in timer. Intuitive and flexible solution that helps me to better organize my tasks and projects.
