What are the best aspects of this product?

The things I like the most about this software are its user-friendliness, its simplicity, and its directness. Our company has been using this for a decade now and it has helped keep us organized as well as focused on more creative tasks. Since the program keeps track of billable hours for me I don't have to worry about it as much. It's also so easy to use that I can very quickly fill up my timesheet for the week.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Quite honestly there's nothing about it that I would consider a negative.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With the software, it's been easier for me to keep track of the number of billable hours employees have been putting in. Of course, that also means the billing process has also become easier and quicker.
