What are the best aspects of this product?

As a freelance creative, there are some things I hate doing, like filling out time sheets, keeping track of budgets, and anything to do with billing. FunctionFox makes all those things so effortless, it’s like having a really smart business partner helping out. With FunctionFox, my projects and budgets stay on track, billing is quick and easy, and my timesheets practically write themselves. I wouldn’t want to do without it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I can't really think of anything - I rely on FunctionFox every day, and hasn’t let me down. On the odd occasion when I’ve had a question or problem, I’ve been able to talk to a support person right away, and the situation has been resolved quickly and efficiently. Their customer support is way better than most I’ve encountered.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

FunctionFox is way ahead of me on this one. They add useful new features and capabilities on a regular basis, without charging me anything - couldn't ask for more.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Oh, things were a bit of a mess really. The creative side always won over the business side, so when it came time to do my billing, it would take far too long, and I always had the nagging feeling that I was missing some billable hours. And justifying my invoices was a nightmare too, because I hadn't really tracked my time very carefully.
