What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that the user interface is simple to navigate. I find it easy to create new plans and make them live immediately. If I need help, my dedicated rep is always there to provide me prompt and helpful support. I feel that the support agents really care about their customers.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The vendor is very responsive to customer feedback. I wanted to give permissions to my accountant to access only accounting data. My rep informed Fusebill’s product development about this. And lo, the feature was incorporated in their next release. I really appreciate that the vendor listens to us and adds features as requested.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I needed a subscription platform with different billing dates and multiple price points. I also needed to track any resellers to remunerate them. Different currencies were also required. Fusebill offers me all these in a single, agile solution.
