What are the best aspects of this product?

In my opinion, Fusebill is an amazing platform and the vendor’s team have a good understanding of business requirements and problems, how to resolve them, and how to improve billing systems.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have had no issues with the software, however, the ad-hoc reporting feature could be improved.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have both B2B and B2C customers and we needed to view our daily and weekly payments along with data on transactions in multiple cities. We also needed to have the ability to quickly pay our contracted drivers. Fusebill fulfills all these requirements, has automated our processes, and offers real-time analytics.
