What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that the app is easy to use once you get the hang of it. You can set it and forget it and the system will do what’s needed without manual intervention. Plus, the platform offers excellent options for confirming transactions and communicating with customers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are quite a few minus points. There is no second language option. Subscription plans and products are difficult to change or delete once created. Reporting is either too detailed or too simple, it is not flexible. Finally, Fusebill lacks integration with popular cloud accounting systems.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use Fusebill to manage subscriptions and bill my customers. The app meets my requirements but there is room for improvement.
