What are the best aspects of this product?
I like the flexibility offered by Fusebill. We use the APIs to integrate billing activity and entitlement into our existing solutions. Finally, the vendor offers caring and patient tech support.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The vendor updates the app weekly and our feature requests are incorporated without fuss. So, I have nothing to dislike about the app as it does not lack anything.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our company offers vehicle tracking systems for commercial fleets. There are no contracts and the cost is low. For our needs, we required a flexible billing solution to run accounts receivables, customer self-service, Terms based collections, and AutoPay. We track thousands of vehicles each having their own subscription. With Fusebill we can activate, suspend, cancel, and reactivate subscriptions every day. Finally, we use the Webhooks and APIs to link entitlement, accounting, and provisioning together using MuleSoft. Truly, Fusebill is the app that makes the cash register ring for our company.
