What are the best aspects of this product?

It is a very versatile product. It has all the features which you would want in a marketing automation tool and more. It treats every customer on the website as a new one. Hence, making the outreach very customised.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are no major issues as such with the product. There is still always scope for improvement. :)

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Better analytics on data would be really welcome.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Initially, the marketing was all manual. We cut down on those expenses by over 50% using Gamooga. Other than that, we are able to do a lot more that just reaching out to customers i.e., things like upselling, downselling, comparing ROI's etc.
