This cloud-based software is awesome. I love its features and its ability to integrate with various platforms. It's also nice to have real-time access to information and be able to generate great reports conveniently.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They don't have an in-house customer service rep.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It allows us to monitor our fleet's location and track violations if there are any.
